Phil is an experienced Fund Manager and Head of Manchester at Schroders Capital who manage £12.6bn of real estate across a range of diversified and specialist strategies in the UK. Prior to relocating to Manchester in 2022, Phil was responsible for the asset management of Schroders c. £2bn national industrial portfolio. During his time at Schroders, he has transacted over £1bn of real estate on behalf of open ended, separate account, listed and closed ended structures. He is now responsible for growing the regional platform and is directly responsible for the investment management of a core portfolio of direct real estate on behalf of Greater Manchester Pension Fund. Phil has extensive experience in the real estate sector and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Estate Management from Northumbria University.
